Ownership and use

All templates and digital products sold by Roya Design Studio are for personal use only. You are welcome to use them across your own projects and within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any Roya product or any portion of its design.

Intellectual property

All designs, copy, frameworks, and visual systems created by Roya Design Studio remain the intellectual property of Roya Design Studio. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any kind is not permitted.

Digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally via email upon purchase. By completing your order you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that delivery will be made electronically.

Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on our approach to returns and replacements.

Amendments

Roya Design Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the studio following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
